Orders are packaged and shipped  Monday-Friday. Items typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Lost Hearts exchange policy lasts 7 business days after the delivery date ( Excluding Holidays ). Items must be unworn to exchange sizes. Once the product passes procedures the desired product will be shipped out. Keep in mind due to the limited avalibity of products we may not have your desired size still in stock. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
