SHIPPING

Orders are packaged and shipped Monday-Friday. Items typically ship within 1-2 business days.

As we print order invoices, we also print shipping labels. When a customer order is printed, a tracking number will be emailed immediately. The tracking will not update until USPS has your package and has processed it.  Please be patient.

RETURNS

Orders are eligible for returns as long as the item is unworn and in the original condition. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If you would like to make a return please use our contact page and somebody from our team will be able to assist you. Please know customers will be required to pay for the return shipping if the item is exactly what you ordered.

EXCHANGES

Our exchange policy lasts 7 business days after the delivery date (Excluding Holidays). Items must be unworn to exchange sizes. Once the product passes procedures the desired product will be shipped out. Keep in mind due to the limited availability of products we may not have your desired size still in stock. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please use our contact page for your return.

DELIVERY ISSUES

When packages have left our facility and are in the hands of the courier we have no control over the package. Couriers sometimes mark packages delivered before the actual delivery of the package, please be patient with them. If it has been over 48 hours contact your local USPS for more information. Lost Hearts is not responsible for incorrect addresses, stolen, lost or misplaced packages.

INCORRECT ORDER

If you have recieved an incorrect item please contact us via the support page and we will be happy to assit you. Please be prepared to send a picture of the incorrect item you received and we will get you what you ordered!
